Record floods in Russia and Kazakhstan

More than 110,000 people have been forced to evacuate in Russia and Kazakhstan when the Ural River almost entirely flooded the city of Orsk and flowed into the streets of the regional capital Orenburg after fast-melting snow and ice caused rivers to reach unprecedented heights.
