Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | June 22 - 28, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded approximately $345 million in apartment closings across 159 sales, including two sales over $10 million. Sponsor sales on the Upper West Side made a strong showing, with the top sale being a four-bedroom at 50 West 66th Street that closed for $9.49M. Additional sponsor sales were reported at The Westly, 96+Broadway, and Vandewater.
