Investor buyers collect more homes in metro Atlanta

Nine of the 11 largest investor groups increased the number of single family homes in their portfolios since the AJC's initial analysis in "American Dream for Rent." Invitation Homes and Progress Residential each own more than 10,000 homes in the 11 counties analyzed.
