Which types of improvement projects and programs should the county prioritize?

According to a community survey of around 1,200 Nipomo residents used for creating a new Nipomo Community Plan, the majority of Nipomo residents want the county to prioritize traffic, road and circulation improvements in the upcoming Nipomo Community Plan.
