Even though Bloomberg Businessweek expanded its ranking to include 87 MBA programs in the U.S., a couple of business schools lost out. The University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business, ranked 64th last year, and Hult International Business School, ranked 62nd, disappeared off this year's list. But Hult asked to be taken off the U.S. list and to compete on the international ranking which will come out in early December.
