In rural counties, crimes against society averaged 379 per month from 1/2022 to 9/2023 (21 months), compared to 381 per month from 1/2024 to 9/2025 (21 months); In urban counties outside Cook, crimes against society averaged 1,505 per month from 1/2022 to 9/2023 (21 months), compared to ,583 per month from 1/2024 to 9/2025 (21 months)
