How much Extra Help will you receive in 2026?
A person who qualifies for the Extra Help program pays no premiums, deductibles or late enrollment penalties for Medicare Part D and pays no copayments after out-of-pocket drug costs reach $2,100 in 2026. Until each person individually reaches that limit, they pay no more than $5.10 for generic and no more than $12.65 for brand-name prescriptions.
