Twin Cities office vacancies ticked up at the end of 2024

Despite signs of stabilization, office vacancies in the Twin Cities metro increased slightly at the end of 2024. The total overall vacancy rate across the metro, meaning vacant space that's available for lease directly from landlord plus vacant sublease space that's available for lease from the tenant, rose slightly to 29% during the fourth quarter.
