Drop in 2022 IPS school board candidates from past years
The number of people filing to run for a seat on the Indianapolis Public Schools board of education has dropped to the lowest level in at least the past decade.
While in 2012, 10 candidates ran for 4 seats, 2022 had only 4 candidates running for 3 seats.
