Low-Carbon Transportation Materials Program Funding Rescinded in H.R.1 Budget Reconciliation Bill

Up to $1.9 billion for projects funded by the Low-Carbon Transportation Materials Program are rescinded in the "One Big Beautiful Bill" Act. USDOT awarded $1.2 billion to 39 states to incorporate lower emissions materials in transportation construction in December, 2024.
