Covid antiviral prescription rates, by vaccination history
Antivirals are more likely to be prescribed to patients who most recently received their Covid vaccination.
This bar chart shows antiviral prescription rates, categorized by Covid-19 vaccination history. 39% of prescriptions went to people vaccinated up to five months earlier. Patients vaccinated 6-11 months earlier made up 36% of the prescription recipients, and people vaccinated at least 12 months earlier made up 32%. The lowest share of prescriptions, 22%, went to people who were unvaccinated.
