What it takes to win a congressional seat

The cost of winning a congressional election in Massachusetts continues to rise. Dan Koh, the top fundraiser in the 2026 Sixth District race, has already surpassed the amount raised by the winners in 2018 and 2020 races for open seats, as well his own fundraising haul from eight years ago.
