The City Council on Monday reaffirmed its commitment to swap downtown properties with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. The transit agency plans to build a $45 million hub on city-owned land at Myrtle Avenue and Court Street. The city will acquire the site of the transit authority's current bus terminal on Park Street.
