Net satisfaction is the percentage of customers saying they are 'extremely satisfied' or 'fairly satisfied' minus the percentage saying they are 'fairly dissatisfied' or 'extremely dissatisfied'. Net trust is the percentage of customers saying they 'strongly agree' or 'agree' that they trust the provider minus the percentage saying they 'disagree' or 'strongly disagree'. Sample size: car insurance - 44,644, home insurance - 42,394, pet insurance - 12,797, travel insurance - 22,278, health insurance - 3,558.
