St. Louis County School District Referendum Question 2

Should the school board enact a 2.775% capital project levy? Approval would lead to an estimated $1.5 million annual funding increase and increase taxes by $4 per month on a $200,000 home. Question 2 is contingent on the passage of Question 1.
