Oregon school discrimination appeals
The Oregon Department of Education has accepted an increasing number of discrimination cases appealed by students, families and school staff in recent years.
This is a bar chart that shows the annual number of discrimination cases accepted on appeal by the Oregon Department of Education. From 13 cases in 2019, the number rose to 24 in 2024, according to the state.
