For top VC markets, Philly's deal share grew 2nd fastest

Among the 10 metropolitan statistical areas with the most venture capital deals in the United States between 2013–2023, Philadelphia's deal count share grew second fastest, behind only New York and ahead of Miami, Austin and Los Angeles.
