Most Philadelphians say they are "almost certain" to vote, but not everyone

While a whopping 79% of Center City residents polled said they were "almost certain" to vote, enthusiasm wasn't quite as strong elsewhere in the city.

This poll surveyed 1,082 likely voters in Pennsylvania, by phone, from Sept. 11 to Sept. 16. The poll surveyed 408 people from Philadelphia.
