NOTES: Regions used throughout the report are adapted from GSPP’s categorization of regions based on the county location. For the purposes of supporting LEAs in the application for and implementation of GSPP, Regional Technical Assistance Centers (RTACs) were instituted to provide technical assistance for potential applicants and grant recipients. This was used to create regions in order to stay consistent with approaches used by the program and be able to undertake tailored analysis.
