Leadership Diversity - Gender

This chart shows the percent and number of people in leadership positions who are male or female in the State's Attorney's Office. Prosecutor's offices increasingly serve diverse communities. Office leadership should reflect this diversity in order to better represent local residents and understand their problems, needs, and priorities.
