A Record Number of Adults Reported Being Worse Off Financially in 2022

According to the 2022 Economic Well-Being of U.S. Households Survey conducted by the Federal Reserve, financial well-being is the lowest it's been in seven years. Particularly, a record number of people reported being worse off in 2022 than they were the year prior.
