Fulton County’s Music Ecosystem

In 2019, Fulton County engaged Sound Diplomacy and Georgia Music Partners to map the music ecosystem of the county. The report found that Fulton County makes up one-third of the music business in the state and has a music economy among the top 10 in the country. The importance of Hip-Hop culture in Atlanta outshines other genres and should be maximized by the county, the report said. Included in the report was a overview of the county’s music assets including recording studios, music venues, nightclubs with music and more.
