During a "60 Minutes" segment that aired on Sunday, Dec. 13, director Stephen Spielberg said that "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" would have to clear $1.5B to be considered a success. But because Star Wars films have been rereleased since their initial debut — seven times in the case of "A New Hope" — it's difficult to make a fair comparison.
