Fresno County enrollees who are 60 and get their health coverage through an Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) insurance exchange would lose subsidies under the initial Republican health plan if they're lower income, but could gain subsidies if they're in higher income brackets. The figures are nearly identical for those enrollees in other central San Joaquin Valley counties.
